"It's all about Him"
This message helps women discover who we are and why we exist.  Foundational to this topic is Ephesians 1:11-12 where Paul instructs that “It is  through Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for.”(Msg) Women are encouraged to stop listening to what others say about us, but focus on what Jesus says, and His direction for our lives.  Women will be encouraged and challenged to live uncompromising, Christ-centered lives.

"Surrendered: A woman God can use"
This message addresses the four areas a woman needs to surrender to God: Our trust, tongue, control, and past.  With these areas of our lives surrendered, our heart and spirit is available to impact others' lives in new, unimagined ways, and allow us to leave a legacy of love.

"Surrendering our Health"
This message focuses on introducing God's power into our lifestyle, and the realization that His internal work is necessary in us in order to make changes to our health habits.  The platform for this message is "Made to Crave" by Lysa TerKeurst.  Women will have the opportunity to examine this crucial area of our lives from God's perspective.  We learn that God is deeply interested in our food and exercise habits, an area where we often 'go it alone'.  From this results freedom from distractions in order to be who God has called us to be in others' lives.

"Surrendering to Change"
This message deals with the road to change.  Only God know the impact and outcome when we are ready to make a significant change in our lives, be it lifestyle, personal relationships, or our relationship with Him.  We cover the process needed to make & sustain lasting change and lean into the truth that we cannot change without His help and work inside us.  Women will be empowered by His Word, and given hope that change is finally possible.

"A Living Well Woman"
Taken from Proverbs 3:21-28, this message explores what the Word says about a healthy, loving, surrendered woman.  Woman are inspired to live life the way God intended us to live.

"Living Intentionally For Him"
This  message begins with a foundation that God has a purpose for each of us and our daily choice to take care of our health allows us to fulfill that calling. Our culture screams do more, be more, have more and in response we stretch ourselves thin, leading to stress, fatigue, and depleted joy. Women will be encouraged to make choices for everyday life that allow God to use them in amazing ways. Choices such as choosing our calendar, exercise, rest, people, and contentment will be discussed and practical tips given to de-stress our lives, allowing us to be fully available to the Father.

"I love my man"
Based on the book "For Women Only" by Shaunti Feldhahn, this message unpacks the critical areas of respect and intimacy between women and men.  Through research, we explore men's comments and feelings about these areas, and why they say what they do.

"Ministry in the Home"
This message lays the foundation for our homes to be the first encounter our children have with the ministry of the Holy Spirit.  We will learn how to create an atmosphere in our home where this ministry is freely given and received.  Women will be encourage to consider their home a 'safe haven' for their children and all who walk through their door.  We discuss how our children learn to pray for others by the example of our ministry to them.  Women will be encouraged as to what is possible through the ministry of their home.

"The Clock Belongs to Him"
This message covers schedules and time management.  We take a look at the plate of women's lives and the things on it.  By looking at our current reality and measuring it by what God has called us to do, women will discover that God provides enough time to accomplish what need to be done, and enjoy the rest they need.  This is a powerful session for women feeling overwhelmed and struggling with joy in life.

"Tools for Healthy Living"
This session will provide practical tools for healthy living for the "family on the go." It will include specific changes we can make in meal planning, food choices, and preparation. Participants will leave with information about current websites, cooking ideas, and quick recipes to support their busy lifestyles.

"The Better Part"
The foundation of this message is from Luke 10:38-42, known as the "Mary and Martha" story. Here women will be encouraged to prioritize all of their responsibilities and busyness in the proper place. Daily finding the "better part" in the presence of Jesus will help our lives become more manageable and all things will fall into their proper place.

"Redefining Deployment"
In this session we will examine our mindset about military deployment. Ladies will be encouraged to move from "how can I cope or get through this," to the true definition of deployment...."to come into a position ready for use!" Realizing God wants to use us in this time, this message provides tips on changing our mindset, practical strategies to stay connected to God, our man, and those around us. Attendees will be equipped with a list of scriptures to refer to in tough times, an action plan for the next deployment, and suggested reading lists. The books "God Strong" and "Tour of Duty" by Sara Horn will be a platform for this session.
